Terminal

Released, on hold or still on the vessel. Next up lists the boxes ready to pull, the ones closest to their last free day first.
Yard

A drop at your yard is a leg of its own, with the chassis it sits on and the day it moves again.
Door

The appointment window, live unload or drop, and the signed proof of delivery the driver sends back.
Empty return

Where the empty goes back and the day it did. Marking that leg done closes the load.

Built around the dispatch desk

Schedule: Drag a container's legs onto a driver, or one leg on its own. Drop between two rows to set the order of a driver's day.
Loads: Every container in one sheet, filtered by any column. Add a load from its delivery order and its legs follow the route.
Holds and weights: Why a box is on hold, from a 7-hour hold to an exam. An overweight box is marked before it goes on a standard chassis.
Drivers: Notes the plan respects: a day off, another truck and its plate, a short day. Planning a driver who is off asks first.
Run sheets: Each driver's day as a picture and a WhatsApp message, with the street addresses they drive to.
History: Every change says who made it and when. A deleted load or leg can be put back.

There is no public sign-up. A company's owner invites its people, and roles decide who plans, who edits rates and who manages users.

Every change is kept with who made it and when, and a deleted record can be restored from History.

Encrypted, in the United States

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States.

Google account data

If you sign in with Google, Drayix receives your name, email address and profile picture. A company can also connect the mailbox its delivery orders arrive in: Drayix only reads it to find those orders, and never sends, changes or deletes email. Read the privacy policy.
