Drayix

Privacy policy

Effective September 29, 2026

This policy explains what information Drayix collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. Drayix is dispatch software for container trucking companies, used by invitation.

Who we are

Drayix ("we", "us") provides Drayix, a web application that trucking companies use to plan and record container moves. A company that uses Drayix (a "customer") decides who gets an account and what it enters. For the information a customer enters, we act on that customer's behalf and follow its instructions.

Information we collect

  • Account information. Your name, email address, role and company. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and stored only as a secure hash; we never see them.
  • Information customers enter or upload. Loads, containers, legs, customers, rates and invoices; drivers' names, phone numbers, trucks, plates and notes; and documents such as delivery orders and proofs of delivery.
  • Usage information. The pages you open and the actions you take in the app, your device and browser type, IP address, and error logs. We record sessions in the app to find and fix problems; text typed into form fields is masked in those recordings.
  • Support messages. What you send us through the app's feedback form or by email, with any screenshot you attach.

Google user data

Drayix asks for access to Google user data only for the features below, and only when someone chooses to use them.

Signing in with Google

When you sign in with your Google account, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with Drayix. We use them to identify you and to show your team who you are. We do not ask for your contacts, calendar or files.

A connected company mailbox

A person with the right role can connect the Gmail mailbox that their company's delivery orders are sent to. Drayix then has read-only access to that mailbox and its address. We use that access only to find delivery orders and their attachments and to turn them into loads that the company's team reviews before anything is added. Drayix never sends, changes or deletes email.

We store the access token Google issues in encrypted form, and the delivery orders that become loads. We do not keep copies of other messages. People at Drayix do not read the mailbox's email, except with the customer's permission for a specific message, when necessary for security, or to comply with the law.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We share it only with the service providers listed below that host and run Drayix, under the same restrictions.

Drayix's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

A connected mailbox can be disconnected at any time from the Inbox screen in Drayix, which deletes the stored token, or by removing Drayix from the Google account's third-party connections.

How we use information

  • To provide Drayix: sign you in, show your company's work, and carry out what you ask it to do.
  • To keep it secure: control access by role, keep a record of changes, and detect misuse.
  • To support you: answer questions and investigate problems you report.
  • To improve it: understand which features are used and where people get stuck.
  • To contact you about the service: invitations, password resets and notices about your account.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How we share information

  • Within your company. People your company invites see its work, as their roles allow.
  • Service providers that run parts of Drayix for us under contract: Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery), Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), PostHog (product analytics and session recordings), and Slack (routing support messages to our team).
  • Google, when you use a Google feature described above.
  • For legal reasons, when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, users or the public.
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.

Storage and security

Drayix is hosted in the United States on Amazon Web Services. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited by role, every change is recorded with who made it and when, and Google access tokens are encrypted with a key kept apart from the database. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects a customer's data, we will tell that customer without undue delay.

How long we keep it

We keep a customer's data for as long as it uses Drayix. A record deleted in the app can be restored from History until it is purged. When a customer stops using Drayix, or asks us to delete its data, we delete it from our systems, except what the law requires us to keep; backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.

Your choices

  • You can see and correct your account details, or ask your company's owner to.
  • A customer can ask us for a copy of its data, or for its deletion.
  • If your information was entered by a company that uses Drayix, for example as one of its drivers, ask that company first; we will help it answer you.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have further rights over your personal information. We honor them as the law requires.

Drayix is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update this page and its effective date. If a change is significant, we will also tell customers in the app or by email before it takes effect.
