Terms of service
Effective September 29, 2026
These terms govern the use of Drayix by trucking companies and the people they invite. If you use Drayix for a company, you accept these terms on its behalf and confirm that you are allowed to.
If your company has a signed agreement with us, that agreement governs where it differs from these terms.
The service
Drayix is web software for planning and recording container moves: loads, legs, drivers, chassis, schedules, rates and the documents that go with them. We provide it to companies (each a "customer") and to the people they invite ("users").
Accounts and access
- Accounts are created by invitation. A customer decides who is invited and what role each user has.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used them.
- A customer is responsible for what its users do in Drayix, and for removing people who leave.
Your data
A customer owns the information it and its users put into Drayix. It gives us permission to host, process and display that information only as needed to provide Drayix, keep it secure and support the customer. We handle personal information as our privacy policy describes. A customer can ask us for a copy of its data or for its deletion at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use Drayix to:
- break the law or anyone's rights, or enter information you are not allowed to share;
- try to reach data or accounts that are not yours, or get around a limit or a security control;
- disrupt the service, overload it, or probe it for weaknesses without our written permission;
- copy, resell or build a competing product from Drayix.
Other services
Some features work with services we do not run, such as Google sign-in, a connected Gmail mailbox, or WhatsApp for sending a driver their day. Those services have their own terms, and their availability is not in our control.
Fees
Fees, if any, are those agreed between Drayix and the customer. Access during an evaluation or a pilot is provided as is, for the period we agree.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Drayix available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. We improve Drayix continually and may change features; if a change removes something a customer relies on, we will tell that customer in advance where we can.
No warranty
Drayix is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Drayix helps plan work; it does not replace the judgment of dispatchers and drivers or the rules that govern their work, such as hours of service, weight limits and terminal requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Drayix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Drayix is limited to the fees the customer paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
A customer can stop using Drayix at any time. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk, and will say why unless the law prevents it. When a customer's use ends, we delete its data as the privacy policy describes, after giving it a chance to ask for a copy.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change we update this page and its effective date. If a change is significant, we will tell customers in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Drayix after that means accepting the new terms.
